We are active in key European markets and international energy exchanges. The Trading division is responsible for the optimal management of the EnBW portfolio and energy trading. We support the energy transition through active marketing and management of renewable energies, PPAs, direct marketing and hydrogen supply and sales. EnBW's trading business operates in 4 European countries; Germany, UK, Norway and Switzerland. This position is based in London and is a hybrid remote role.

A wide range of tasks
- Continuous improving the New Product Development processes & implementation structures
- Acting as a key enabler for commercial teams & new activities
- Managing the implementation roadmap of new products via transparent and effective schedules and timelines
- Support the processing and (if necessary tactical) implementation of Single Deal Approvals
- Support Front Office on the commercial prioritisation
- Steering of the implementation of new products and updating of previous product implementations in EnBW Trading’s system & process landscape: coordinate and manage the requirements of a large group of stakeholders, such as risk, controlling, accounting, legal, regulatory affairs, quantitative modelling, market data, operations, settlement and IT
- Ability to work as an effective team player and add value to team in a trading environment
- Superior communication skills both verbal and written
- Capable to manage complexity, to balance interests, to run small-scale projects and to find creative and pragmatic solutions
- Knowledgeable about ETRM systems, data flows, reporting platforms and market places
- Showing a deep understanding of the deal life cycle and regulatory frameworks
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in working in a commodity trading environment, preferably in a commercial, middle office or operations role
- Graduated Bachelors or Masters in Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics/Physics/Engineering or similar
