* Workation: Up to 30 calendar days at a time and up to 90 calendar days within a 12-month period, if the general conditions permit this in the chosen EU country

Vielfältige Aufgaben
A wide range of tasks
  • Complete daily margining process
  • Manage collateral process for seaborne activity; i.e. request, negotiation and issuance of Letter of Credit
  • Manage bank lines as provided by Group Treasury.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and coordinate the margining process.
  • Communication and interaction with counterparties
  • Processing, archiving and maintaining an accurate record of documents

Überzeugendes Profil
Convincing profile
  • University degree is expected but not compulsory
  • You have already gained working Experience within  a bank, utility or trading company 
  • Very good Knowledge and experience of negotiating letter of Credit (both standby and Documentary Letter of Credit)
  • Strong attention to detail and proven organizational skills
  • Good communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Fluency in English
  • Fluency in German is preferred but not essential

About us
The Trading business unit of the group ensures central access to the wholesale markets for electricity, gas, LNG and other energy related products and is responsible for operating in energy markets within the EnBW Group. Trading business unit grew significantly through regional expansion into key European markets, but also with the extension of the products range and horizons traded in fast changing global and European Energy landscapes.  EnBW's Business Unit Trading operates with an international team with employees from more than 30 nations, represented at 4 European locations: Germany, England, Norway and Switzerland.  Take the chance and play a part in shaping the future.

The individual will be part of the Credit Risk team. The department oversees the counterparty onboarding process for all trading activities - pipeline flow, seaborne activities, physical and financial gas and power commodities – and the monitoring, management and mitigation of the credit exposure. The individual will be responsible for the management of the collateral in and out, and optimization of the collateral provided. The individual will also be responsible for the negotiation, receipt and issuance of Letter of Credit for the seaborne activity.
