EnBW UK Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of EnBW and part of EnBW's Trading division, which is EnBW's central point of access to the energy markets. We are active in key European markets and international energy exchanges. The Trading division is responsible for the optimal management of the EnBW portfolio and energy trading. We support the energy transition through active marketing and management of renewable energies, PPAs, direct marketing and hydrogen supply and sales. EnBW's trading business operates in 4 European countries; Germany, UK, Norway and Switzerland. This position is based in London and is a hybrid remote role.

A wide range of tasks
- In this varied and challenging role, you will support the Commercial Director and other senior managers in London. You will act as a central point of contact between management, German HQ and other Group entities. You will be a trustworthy, organisational and communicative interface, not only ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day business, but also actively participating in projects and strategic tasks:
- Provide proactive support to the Commercial Director and other managers.
- Organisation and management of diaries and calendars, planning and coordination of travel and meetings.Careful preparation and follow-up of meetings, including taking and drafting minutes
- Working closely with the German head office and other departments within the company.
- Coordinate projects and communication with international business partners and supporting group-wide initiatives and coordinating transnational processes.
- Taking on ad hoc tasks and organising internal and external events, including offsite events.
- Prepare and design presentations, reports and communication materials; assist with internal and external correspondence, particularly in an international context.
- Ability to work flexibly in line with management requirements and business needs as well as the ability to prioritise while ensuring attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
Convincing Profile
- A regular on-site presence is essential to foster close collaboration with management and other teams and to efficiently implement operational requirements.
- A degree in a relevant field (e.g. economics, business administration or a related field) is desirable.
- Several years' experience in a similar role, ideally in an international corporate environment
- strong organisational and communication skills, discretion and a high level of professionalism
- Confident use of MS Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
- Personal qualities: Flexibility, initiative and ability to prioritise in a dynamic environment
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, ideally with knowledge of German
