- Collaborate with the offshore wind portfolio development team to identify project opportunities, drive offshore projects, safeguard the performance in project development, and shape EnBW’s offshore wind strategy
- Take charge of identifying market trends, project prospects, partnering alignment, establishing streamlined project processes, and assisting with administrative management for project companies.
- Lead small project initiatives and be part of the project management teams, adhering to EnBW’s project management and good governance principles, including developing project budgets, timelines and targets, while developing projects within these frameworks
- Spearhead early initiatives to transform into large offshore projects, manage interfaces with partners for effective communication and collaboration, and assist with administrative management for project companies
- Deliver clear and concise presentations representing offshore projects to enhance effective organizational communication and facilitate informed decision-making and efficient project development
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Experience in large-scale projects, project planning and organization is desirable (min. 2 years)
- Strong networking, teamwork and collaboration skills, track-record of efficient communication and influential capabilities
- Fluent in English (min. C-1 level, written and spoken) and preferably German
- Self-directed and embraces challenges as avenues for growth and development
