• You create transparency about the business unit's trading metrics and find and present the story behind the numbers
• As a manager, you are the analytical and commercial sparring partner for the trading business unit
• Furthermore, you will be responsible for budget planning and medium-term planning and, if necessary, create the necessary new financial models together with the team
• Your tasks also entail presenting the earnings trend and showing how this affects the balance sheet and liquidity
• In addition, you are a team player and have experience in informal management tasks, which you bring to our team

• You have a successfully completed Master's degree in the fields of (industrial) engineering, mathematics, (business) informatics or business administration
• Several years of experience in the energy industry as well as experience as a project manager or in a comparable position are required
• You are motivated to understand and drive forward complex and cross-functional topics, work independently, efficiently and in a structured manner and show a high degree of initiative and assertiveness with the necessary flexibility to take on responsibility within a team
• In addition, you communicate fluently in German and English (C-1 level required)
• Your high IT affinity (Excel, SAP, PowerBI, etc.), your analytical thinking and your problem-solving skills characterize you

The Energy Trading business unit ensures central access to the wholesale markets for electricity, gas and other fuels and is responsible for the operational business on the energy markets of the EnBW Group. As an experienced controller in the area of value controlling, you will work closely with your team to shape and take responsibility for the commercial consulting and support of the business unit at the Karlsruhe site. You will act as a crucial link to the controlling organization for energy industry issues. As part of a young and motivated team, you will quickly take on responsibility in a dynamic field of work. Your onboarding will take place directly "on the job" from day one in order to actively shape the opportunities of digitalization at the interface between business and financial key figures with your expertise.
