• Collaborate in an agile team with Product Owners, Project Managers, Solution Architects, and developers to deliver business-focused solutions.
• Analyze requirements and design solutions aligned with business goals, including customizations in Dynamics 365 (entities, forms, workflows, business rules).
• Develop and maintain applications using C#/.NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, Power Platform, and optimize integrations via REST APIs, Azure Functions, and Service Bus.
• Implement automation and CI/CD pipelines following DevOps best practices, while monitoring and improving performance with Azure tools like Application Insights.
• Refactor and enhance existing applications to meet the latest standards and ensure long-term maintainability.

• Over 3 years of hands-on experience developing solutions with Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Insights, using modern frameworks and best practices.
• Strong technical expertise in C#/.NET and JavaScript/TypeScript, combined with practical customization of Dynamics 365 (entities, forms, workflows, business rules).
• Skilled in Power Platform (Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, and automation) and building integrations with REST APIs, Azure Functions, and Service Bus.
• Proficient in DevOps practices, including version control, CI/CD pipelines, and automation, ensuring smooth and reliable deployments.
• Experienced in solution design and requirements analysis, applying design patterns, security principles, and software development best practices.
• Collaborative and proactive team player, with strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and a high sense of responsibility and independence.
• Familiar with agile methodologies, thriving in dynamic environments and maintaining effective communication across teams.
