You’re an empathetic tech leader who combines technical excellence with a passion for people and innovation.

• Background: Degree in Computer Science or similar qualification.
• Experience: 10+ years in software development, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Expertise: Deep knowledge of modern software development practices and architectures (cloud platforms and services (PaaS, SaaS), CI/CD, DevOps, agile), plus proven experience with security principles and AI concepts.
• Leadership: Skilled at guiding diverse, cross-functionally working international teams with strong communication, coaching, and conflict resolution abilities.
• Agility: Comfortable with agile methodologies and committed to continuous improvement.
• Strategic Vision: Able to balance technical excellence with team development and business goals.
• Flexibility: Willing to travel to Germany several times a year.

Our team delivers all IT services essential for powering energy generation across all technologies: offshore and onshore wind, large-scale solar PV, hydropower plants and H2-ready gas turbines. Working in cross-functional teams, we collaborate closely with business units to provide solutions for project development, engineering, construction, operations and maintenance of power plants. 

For over a decade, we have been building cloud-native software solutions, primarily on Microsoft Azure. Our products and platforms are continuously evolving to meet the demands of a dynamic energy landscape. From EnCrease, managing our renewable project pipeline, over E-Cockpit, enabling technical operations of our power plant fleet, to Asset RADAR for condition monitoring, and EnSight, our data and analytics platform – we believe that the digital twin of our generation assets is the key to scaling and operating our portfolio efficiently.
