Vielfältige Aufgaben
A wide range of tasks
You will lead the Offshore Platforms Work Package. As Work Package Manager, you will be:
  • Leading a team of highly skilled specialists to successfully develop and implement procurement and engineering activities within the work package.
  • Responsible for preparation of tender documents.
  • Leading contract negotiations for studies and supply contracts.
  • Accountable for continuous cost and risk assessment within the work package.
  • Managing work package internal and external interfaces e.g. consenting.
  • Supporting the preparation and evaluation of FEED studies.
  • Responsible for an overall effective organization to ensure delivery in a safe, timely, in-budget and quality manner of the different tasks.
Überzeugendes Profil
Convincing Profile
  • A proven track record in project management and relevant experience in the field of offshore substation platforms (AC or DC).
  • A degree or the equivalent in engineering, ideally in electrical or mechanical engineering or related disciplines.
  • Fluency in Business English.
  • You are very effective in stakeholder management and relationship building, due to your excellent communication and negotiation skills, persuasiveness, assertiveness.
  • A candidate who can excel in an intercultural and cross-functional environment.

About the area
As offshore wind engineering team we support international projects with our technical expertise and project management skills throughout development, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases of our offshore wind farms. 
In this role, you are an important and integral part of a dynamic, multi-cultural and highly professional project team with our partners from bp, working on bringing forward Offshore Wind in UK.
