- Leading a team of highly skilled specialists to successfully tender, contract and execute the WTG supply contract until handover to O&M
- Report, plan and control work package budget including continuous risk monitoring
- Manage the work package timeline in accordance with the overall project time line
- Coordinate work package internal and external interfaces (e.g. consenting, procurement)
- Provide and ensure consideration of work package relevant requirements within the project
- Ensure consideration of health and safety guidelines at all phases of the project
- You will be in contact with the other work packages as well as specialists and project teams on selected technical topics and participate in "troubleshooting" if necessary.
- At least 5 years track record in responsible project management positions for large infrastructure or energy projects, ideally with specific experience on delivery of WTG packages for offshore wind farm projects.
- Master’s degree or equivalent in electrical or mechanical Engineering or closely related; additional qualifications such as PMP or NEBOSH welcome.
- Sound technical knowledge of large electrical / mechanical systems.
- Strong team player with demonstrable team leadership and management skills and excellent interpersonal and communication skills with people of different backgrounds and cultures.
- Strong organizational and prioritizing skills and the ability to work independent and from various locations.
- A flexible approach to work and willingness to travel frequently.
- Fluency in Business English.
