Your tasks

Your Responsibilities


  • Identify interfaces between stakeholders and work packages
  • Prepare, edit, and update the scope split matrix (SSM)
  • Prepare tender documents for turbine, foundation and cable design, and supply contracts with a focus on interface issues, and update the interface specification documents
  • Facilitate internal and external interface meetings, including moderation and minute preparation
  • Mediate between different stakeholders to seek optimal technical and economic solutions
Your profile

Your Profile


  • Completed studies (diploma/master’s degree) in civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering or related fields
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in offshore wind farm planning, ideally with knowledge in interface management
  • You demonstrate willingness to become familiar with new tasks at short notice, combined with strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Fluent in English and preferably German, min. C-1 level (written and spoken)

EnBW's expertise in the fields of offshore wind energy and offshore technology in the planning and construction of offshore wind farms is primarily in Hamburg. We are the central point of contact within EnBW for technical issues related to the construction of offshore wind projects. We face exciting challenges in the offshore wind sector: According to our strategy, we not only have to successfully execute ongoing projects, but also successfully acquire and develop projects in Germany and abroad in a competitive environment.
