• The Business Partner Area Risk, as part of Trading IT, focuses on IT delivery for the risk area of trading. A particular focus is on improving automation and process efficiency, as well as continuously improving risk reporting. In the role of Platform Operations Manager Beacon, you will perform the following tasks:
  • Beacon Management:
    • Lead service, platform and vendor management within the Beacon team.
    • Develop strategies to optimise beacon service quality and platform performance.
  • Supplier management:
    • Manage and coordinate supplier relationships.
    • Conduct contract negotiations and ensure performance monitoring.
  • Service Level Agreements (SLAs):
    • Ensure compliance with SLAs and drive continuous improvement of service processes.
  • Stakeholder management:
    • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements and develop solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Performance monitoring:
    • Monitoring and analysing key performance indicators to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of Beacon platforms and services.
  • Technical management:
    • Maintaining AzureDevOps and controlling the deployment pipeline.

Convincing Profil

• Degree in business administration, computer science or comparable qualification
• Knowledge of managing platforms and practical experience with Beacon.
• Several years of experience in service, platform and vendor management.
• Experience with IT service management tools and processes.
• Analytical and organisational skills and ability to work on own initiative.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Team-oriented approach and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
