* Workation: Up to 30 calendar days at a time and up to 90 calendar days within a 12-month period, if the general conditions permit this in the chosen EU country

• In this role, you will be responsible for developing EnBW standards for international cooperation projects
• Establishing a continuous improvement process for ongoing projects will be a key part of your duties, enabling efficient project management across the board
• Supporting offshore projects in setting up an efficient project management and reporting scheme, as well as making efficient use of existing know-how, will be essential
• Your experience will be crucial in setting up joint ventures, optimizing EnBW's position, and ensuring the cooperation is managed efficiently
• Managing projects in adherence to our project management and good governance principles will be another important aspect of your role
• Leading functional teams to develop project management excellence initiatives will also be part of your responsibilities
• Handling interfaces with our cooperation partners to ensure good communication, great team spirit, and the best possible collaboration will be vital
• Additionally, you will be taking decisions and preparing the fundamentals and presentations for high-standard decisions

• Possessing a profound understanding of the offshore wind business and project development, you plan, organize, and control resources, procedures, and timing for administrative or business processes 
• With an extensive track record in management roles or as a senior advisor for offshore projects, you bring a thorough understanding of today’s energy world
• Taking a strategic approach, you overcome challenges effectively
• Organizing project teams, assigning individual responsibilities, developing project schedules, and determining resource requirements are key aspects of your role
• Experienced in liaising with internal and external stakeholders, you ensure smooth communication and collaboration 
• As an experienced team worker, you manage and work in project teams across EnBW and its cooperation partners
• Strong communication and influencing skills are among your strengths

Developing international offshore wind investment opportunities, creating value at all stages of development and building a portfolio is key to our success.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for continuing to set the standards for efficient project management in our large-scale offshore wind projects and improving the quality of work in our international joint venture projects. 

This role is critical to optimising our position in current projects as well as improving and facilitating our entry into new projects. You will be responsible for coordinating with all ongoing projects and managing key internal and external stakeholders. As such, this role will play a key role in the professionalism of EnBW's Project Management Office Offshore team.
