• You are part of a software development team developing and operating the backend for our award-winning EnBW mobility+ App
• You consistently deliver new requirements, architectural improvements, and refactorings, while ensuring that everything operates smoothly
• You drive the adaptation of cloud technology across product teams, such as the standardization of our CI/CD pipelines, the development of blueprints for the distribution view of our architecture, and the introduction of uniform security and compliance standards
• You work with agile methodologies, take ownership of your topics, develop solution-oriented approaches, pay attention to details, and actively foster team spirit

• You hold a degree in computer science or a comparable qualification and bring 5+ years in enterprise software development Java and Spring Boot
• You have strong expertise in configuring and operating your cloud services on Azure, AWS, or GCP, preferably Azure, and you are confident working with Infrastructure-as-Code
• You possess deep knowledge of Clean Code, Test Driven Development, and software design principles, including REST APIs and event-driven architecture
• You have a strong affinity for software architecture and are familiar with concepts such as Domain-Driven Design, Hexagonal Architecture, or Clean Architecture
• You are proficient with essential development tools, including the Spring ecosystem, NoSQL databases, Maven, Gradle, Git, and GitHub Copilot
• You communicate fluently in English; knowledge of Portuguese and/or German is a plus

As a backend developer, you will work on the central mobility+ backend systems, which serve as the 'operating system' of the EnBW HyperNetz. These systems establish us as one of the leading providers of electric mobility charging solutions in Germany and across Europe. In order to keep pace with the rapid growth of e-mobility, we are looking for experienced Java software engineers to join our team.
