The people in our team bundle the EnBW’s know-how on offshore wind, maritime technology and logistics for the design, project management, construction and operation of offshore windfarms. 
Our offshore wind business faces exciting challenges. Our strategy requires not only the successful execution of existing projects within the UK but also the development and acquisition of new prospects. 

Vielfältige Aufgaben

  • Anticipate and meet the needs of the of the Consenting team by providing technical stakeholder engagement relating to securing DCO consent and delivering DCO consent discharge conditions: 
    • Working with the Stakeholder Engagement Advisors, the Consenting team and the Procurement team, proactively manage engagement with technical stakeholders such as regulators, statutory nature conservation groups. 
    • Lead and implement Stakeholder Engagement Action Plans for thematic areas such as Environment, Ecology & Archaeology; Maritime & Fisheries; Aviation; Public Services (Health, Emergency, Transport); Land & Agriculture. 
    • Facilitate information sharing between the project team and stakeholders, including organisation of meetings. 
    • Ensure meeting invitations, agenda, papers and minutes are issued accordingly. 
    • Develop and curate thematic SharePoint sites with access for stakeholders. 
    • Organise internal pre-meetings as necessary. 
    • Input into internal reporting structures to ensure the wider team are briefed and feedback recorded using designated customer relationship management (CRM) tools. 
    • Provide a day-to-day technical point-of-contact for relevant stakeholders & project team. 
    • Advise the Stakeholder Engagement Team of further engagement activity required. 

Überzeugendes Profil

  • Experience of the renewable energy industry and / or providing corporate affairs support in complex organisations 
  • Evidence of continuous professional development through a relevant professional body 
  • Tertiary degree in a relevant discipline 
  • Significant stakeholder engagement experience, ideally in the renewable energy sector or an industry with technical content 
  • Confidence engaging external stakeholders and advising business leaders 
  • Proven track record in developing and successfully implementing stakeholder engagement plans and providing high level advice on stakeholder engagement 
  • Strong organizational, influencing and decision makingskills 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and an ability to convey complex information in smart, creative formats to effect real change 
  • Accurate summarizing of engagements to drive action 
  • Proactive, curious and courageous, willingness to experiment, learn and continuously adapt 
  • Able to prioritise and respond to dynamic situations
