EnBW is a leading German energy company engaged in some of the largest and most important topics of our time. Dealing with the pressing challenge of finding solutions to Energy Transition, laying the foundation for a sustainable future, our company is looking for motivated and engaged employees in HR. 

Together with our joint venture partner in London, bp, we are developing the biggest projects in Wind Offshore worldwide with three large Wind Farms off the north-western British coast and in the Irish Sea. You will find further information at: Renewable energies in the UK | EnBW

As our designated Recruiter your task will be finding the right people to fill open positions together with Hiring Managers and thus your work will have a high impact to the success of these projects. You will work with our Recruiting Team in Germany and with HR International. As we are only starting our activities in UK you will have many opportunities to design and form Recruiting processes. At the same time you will get support from our Recruiting Team in Germany. 

Work-life balance and flexibility are important for us. This is a full-time position, but it may be undertaken on a part-time basis with a higher level of activity. Our team is located in City of London and you can also work at home 2 days a week. 

Vielfältige Aufgaben

  • As a Talent Acquisition Partner it is of highest importance during the recruitment process, to maintain a positive Candidate Experience, filling positions in appropriate time frames, build and develop effective relationships with hiring managers and consult them on all recruiting aspects. 

  • You will be responsible for defining the full cycle recruitment process, from requisition management and analysis, writing specific target group job adverts, defining sourcing strategies and suitable diagnostics, offer negotiations and closing. 

  • You will manage candidate activities professionally and with high candidate centricity. 

Überzeugendes Profil

  • You have a proven track record of success for recruiting within the engineering industry. Any experience in the field of Renewable Energy / Offshore recruitment would be advantageous as would be German language skills. 
  • You have a good understanding of social media, recruitment marketing and assessment practices. 
  • You interact professionally and you are able to network at all levels of an organisation. 
  • You possess an agile mindset, work well in a team environment and enjoy problem solving.
