In this position, you will:
- Lead the international SCADA, IT & OT team with around 12 employees within the Offshore Engineering department, providing disciplinary and professional leadership to the team members, possibly in different jurisdictions
- Drive the development of the team based on the departmental goals, and take responsibility for the technical development of the team
- Develop and implement plans to increase your team’s capabilities, to standardize and harmonize processes and approaches across the project portfolio
- Create resource plans for your team, considering current and future offshore projects, and continuously develop these plans
- Develop your employees according to the individual capabilities and career plans as well as business and project needs
- Constantly exchange with the other team leads as well as the management of the organizational unit
- Support your employees in their project work and provide active troubleshooting if necessary
- You have successfully completed an academic degree in electrical engineering, information technology or in a comparable field of study. Alternatively, you possess a comparable qualification acquired through several years of relevant professional experience
- In addition, you have several years of professional experience in the above-mentioned area of responsibility
- You have a broad and good understanding of the various components and systems of control technology, automation technology, information technology, IT/OT security and communication systems such as e.g. mobile communications/5G
- Ideally, you have already gained initial leadership experience, perhaps even deepened by training or further education
- You are characterized by good communication skills, persuasiveness and assertiveness in German and English as well as your friendly and confident manner
- You like to work both on your own responsibility as well as in a team, you are used to a high pace of work and still always keep an overview

Within the Electrical System department of Offshore Engineering, we are looking for an experienced Team Lead (f/m/d) for the SCADA, IT & OT team, which includes the main topics of control technology, automation technology, information technology, IT/OT security, and communication systems.
The position reports to the Head of Electrical Systems Offshore.
