Your tasks
  • You provide support to product owners and BI project managers in finance trading through ad-hoc analyses, report development and process automation 
  • Conduct quantitative analyses using our reporting landscape in Snowflake, employing standard reporting tools such as Power BI and SQL, as well as performing ad-hoc analyses with various tools e.g. MS Excel, Celonis or Phyton
  • You identify and explore new use cases and innovative ideas by leveraging various technologies, including MS Copilot
  • Develop and enhance the existing trading data infrastructure, implementing improvements as needed
  • You effectively communicate and present findings to relevant stakeholders
Your profile
  • You are currently enrolled student in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, computer science, natural sciences, engineering, econometrics) or a comparable subject
  • You demonstrate a proactive working style and thrive in a complex and agile environment 
  • Flexibility, independence and reliability are among your core strenghts 
  • You possess strong written and verbal communication skills
  •  A strong interest in the functioning of energy and commodity markets sets you apart
  • You have gained intital experience in Power BI report development and SQL
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office is expected
  • Familiarity with he other Power Platform tools is a plus
  • You are fluent in English, and proficiency in German is advantageous
