• You support the implementation of Project Excellence across all international offshore projects
• Developing EnBW standards, processes and templates for offshore wind projects is part of your responsibilities; additionally, you prepare the basis for sound decision‑making
• You map, document and optimize key project processes to increase transparency, alignment and efficiency
• Actively promoting the establishment of a continuous improvement process in ongoing projects is one of your core contributions
• You contribute to efficient project management and engage in related optimization initiatives
• Setting up suitable project management and reporting systems in offshore projects is part of your tasks
• You ensure that existing know‑how is effectively leveraged and embedded across the projects

• You are an enrolled student in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a comparable field
• You bring strong research and synthesis skills, allowing you to identify information gaps and propose improvements
• Foundational knowledge in project management as well as initial experience or interest in process modeling characterize you
• Structured and analytical work methods enable you to quickly understand complex topics and convert them into clear process descriptions, visuals and role definitions
• Initial practical experience in larger organizations is an advantage
• Solid proficiency in Microsoft 365 is part of your profile
• You communicate confidently in both English and German and collaborate effectively with a variety of stakeholders

Our department "Project Intelligence Offshore Wind" drives the development of EnBW's offshore wind investment opportunities. Within the Project Excellence team, we focus on creating value across all project phases — from early assessment to start of construction. We do this by driving standardisation, strengthening governance, and enabling continuous improvement across our portfolio.
