We support the energy transition through active marketing and management of renewable energies, PPAs, direct marketing and hydrogen supply and sales. This is an exciting time to be part of our international team, whose mission is to develop smart energy products and promote renewable energy. EnBW's trading business operates in 4 European countries; Germany, UK, Norway and Switzerland. This position is based in London and is a hybrid remote role.

Vielfältige Aufgaben
  • Working directly to the Head of Asset Power Digital and closely with the Digital Product Lead, this role is a key enabler for realizing EnBW’s ambition of driving greater commercial value through taking a hands-on approach to optimising how data is discovered, shared, enhanced, consumed and governed in Asset Power Trading:
    • Lead on data strategy and implementation within Asset Power
    • Resolve immediate data pain points and implement long-term data strategies
    • Collaborate with various teams to ensure modular pipeline of data products
    • Manage backlog/pipeline of key data improvement projects
    • Define key success metrics aligned to delivery of agreed vision
Überzeugendes Profil
  • 15+ years in Trading or Consulting environments
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Expertise in data storage, processing technologies, and architecture best practices
  • Knowledge of Agile Scrum and algorithmic trading data structuring
  • Experience in energy trading environments and inclusive team culture development

EnBW's Trading business unit is EnBW's central market access point to the energy markets. We are active in key European markets and on international energy exchanges. Our Trading unit is responsible for the optimal management of EnBW's portfolio, is active in the trading of renewable energies and thus supports the Energiewende. We are also involved in future topics such as hydrogen or smart & digital in trading, as well as in new supply contracts and the management of renewable energies. EnBW's Business Unit Trading operates with an international team with employees from more than 30 nations, represented at 4 European locations: Germany, England, Norway and Switzerland.
