Vielfältige Aufgaben

A wide Range of Tasks

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Office Manager to oversee our London office operations. This role combines hands-on responsibility with strategic oversight, making it perfect for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative and thrives in a collaborative, international environment.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Office & Admin Management:
    • Ensure smooth daily operations by managing supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
    • Coordinate service contracts and procurement (e.g. cleaning and maintenance).
    • Liaise with our external IT provider and support the onboarding of new employees.
    • Organise internal events such as summer and Christmas parties.
    • Lead the admin team and ensure tasks are allocated efficiently.
  • Facilities oversight:
    • Maintain building systems and hygiene standards.
    • Supervise contractors and respond to facility-related issues.
    • Plan maintenance schedules and manage space planning.
  • Health & Safety:
    • Act as the main point of contact for health and safety matters alongside the HSO.
    • Keep policies and risk assessments up to date.
    • Organise staff training and emergency preparedness.
  • International collaboration:
    • Work closely with our German headquarters.
    • Ensure that corporate standards are implemented in the London office.
Überzeugendes Profil

What you bring:

  • Solid experience in facilities and office management.
  • A strong understanding of health and safety compliance and training.
  • You have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
  • You have a proactive mindset and a willingness to take the initiative - you embody a hands-on mentality.
  • You have a friendly, dependable and team-oriented personality.
  • Strong communication skills in english, both written and verbal, are essential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
