The Analyst IT Risk is responsible for supporting projects and operations in the Business Partner Area Energy Trading Risk. This role offers recent graduates the opportunity to gain practical experience in the IT industry with focus on energy trading and develop skills in various areas such as project management, service, platform, and vendor management, as well as business analysis. The ideal candidate has first knowledge in IT and project management and is eager to learn and grow.
- Assist in leading and monitoring Risk-IT projects, including the implementation and integration of Beacon platforms.
- Participate in the development and execution of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Support coordination and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Help identify and manage risks and issues during the project.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with IT standards and policies.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of IT solutions to improve business processes.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field. Mathematical background is a plus.
- Initial experience in Enterprise Software Development is a plus. Strong knowledge of Python an advantage
- Basic knowledge in the implementation and integration of IT systems.
- Excellent communication (German & English)
- Willingness to learn new skills and grow professionally.
- Ability to work in a dynamic internationall environment and handle complex tasks.

The Trading business unit is responsible for the optimal management of the EnBW portfolio, is active in the marketing of renewable energies and thus supports the energy transition. We are also involved in future topics such as hydrogen or smart & digital trading, as well as in new supply contracts and the management of renewable energies. EnBW's business unit Trading operates with an international team of employees from more than 30 nations, represented at 4 locations: Germany, England, Norway and Switzerland.
