Join our team as an IT / Tech Recruitment Specialist and play a key role in building our new IT hub!
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle for the IT hub, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
- Innovative Strategies: Design and implement cutting-edge recruitment approaches, leveraging AI and emerging technologies to attract top-tier tech professionals.
- Direct Sourcing Expertise: Utilize platforms like LinkedIn, professional communities, and unconventional channels to find and engage the best talent.
- Contract Management: Oversee the creation and maintenance of work contracts, ensuring smooth processes.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with the German Recruiting team to align strategies and advise the IT department on tailored hiring solutions.
- Event Recruitment: Actively participate in university events, recruiting fairs, and global initiatives to build a sustainable talent pipeline.
- External Partnerships: Work with head-hunters and service providers to strengthen the team and expand our reach.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Recruitment Experience: At least 2 years of experience in recruiting and active sourcing, ideally in IT or consulting.
- Candidate-Centric Approach: A passion for delivering a positive candidate experience and attracting talent aligned with our mission.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with HR systems such as Avature, Workday, and SAP HCM, with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools.
- Modern Recruitment Tools: Proficiency in platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and a commitment to continuous learning in recruitment technologies.
- Language Skills: Excellent English communication skills (Portuguese is a plus), with the ability to engage and persuade candidates effectively.
- Work Style: Precise, professional, and independent, with a proactive attitude and attention to detail.
As our designated IT / Tech Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all recruitment-related activities within our newly established IT hub. You will work closely with our HR International Team in Germany and play a key role in shaping future recruitment processes as we launch our activities in Portugal.
We value work-life balance and flexibility. This is a full-time position, but part-time arrangements with increased flexibility are also possible. Our team will be based in Lisbon, with the option for hybrid working.
