Your Tasks

• You represent EnBW in the capital market environment with a special focus on the debt capital market
• Furthermore, you create IR presentations and other IR publications as part of the reporting process
• As a Senior Manager of Investor Relations (f/m/d), you build and maintain relationships with investors, analysts, and banks worldwide, as well as with internal stakeholders
• You organize and conduct investor events such as roadshows and conferences
• In addition, you analyze developments on the capital markets, particularly in the area of bonds and sustainable financing, and provide advice on these matters. You also support the issuance of new financing instruments

Your Profile

• You have a successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; relevant further qualifications (e.g., CFA, CIIA, CIRO, etc.) are an advantage
• Additionally, you bring several years (at least 4 years) of experience in Investor Relations, financial communication, or a comparable position, ideally with debt capital instruments in a publicly listed company, and you have a deep understanding of financial markets, financial data, and analytical methods
• Furthermore, you are characterized by strong communication skills, confidence, and commitment to successfully represent your ideas, while also being an organized team player with the ability to coordinate cross-functional topics
• Additionally, you demonstrate strong customer orientation to build a network both inside and outside the company
• You possess excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel; experience with Bloomberg and AI is a plus. You also have an excellent command of German and English, both spoken and written
