- In this role, you will work at the interface between the corporate tax department and the business units, particularly the Trading business unit. The core of your responsibilities includes support and tax advice related to transfer pricing, managing subsidiaries from a transfer pricing perspective, and especially ensuring their compliance with documentation requirements both domestically and internationally.
- You actively support the international management of transfer pricing and help shape the related contracts.
- Additionally, you prepare the transfer pricing documentation and all necessary documents.
- During tax audits, you accompany the examination of transfer pricing issues and defend the existing transfer pricing systems.
- Furthermore, you optimize processes in the area of transfer pricing
- You have completed a degree in Business Administration or Tax Law or have a comparable qualification combined with several years of practical experience in the field of Transfer Pricing
- Additionally, you are characterized by:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical abilities
- The ability to explain tax-related issues clearly to individuals without a tax background
- Fluency in both English and German
- An affinity for IT systems and applications, which complements your profile
